Beginners handbuilding
Sessions are 3-4 hours long - we cover the basics of working with your hands and clay and you are able to make whatever you’d like to work on. Your pieces are then bisqued, glazed and returned to you in about a months time.
At least one weeks notice of booking is required.
Classes held in my ceramic studio at 58 Wallis St, Raglan - up the driveway to the right of Monster Company.

Bring your lover or your mates, or just yourself!
Clay, aprons, materials and tools are provided. You will have the opportunity to work on your own masterpiece in the company of others.
Make a pottery platter of your own, or work on another hand-building project of your choice.
Your piece will then be dried, glazed and fired for you. If you are out of town you’ll need to cover the cost of postage.

Private wheel throwing
I take one on one wheel throwing students for private lessons - any level accepted.
Please allow 2 days for lessons -
Day 1 - wedging, centering, throwing - 3-ish hours.
Day 2 - trimming and decorating the pots from the previous day - 2ish hours.
